Working directly with independent family-run developers Redsun Projects, I was brought in to create a full identity suite for their new rewilding estate in Chester, which needed a public-facing presence whilst also creating a visually distinct sub-brand for the habitat bank they were creating on site.

Fundamentally, the project exists to generate nature credits which are used for offsetting the loss of biodiversity as a result of the development industry, responding to a national BNG policy for this sector. But Redsun wanted to create something that goes beyond simple metrics, offering wider benefits to wildlife and local communities. Therefore, I helped craft messaging that demonstrates these compounding benefits, and hopes to inspire more projects like this, moving beyond offsetting to sustained value creation on local land.
